HISTORY

Our Story

We kicked off with a simple idea: connect our team and make work easier. That idea turned into our business, helping others streamline their operations.
2011: The Origin

Our story begins with Headland Technology, a family owned CNC machine distributor, choosing NetSuite as their business platform. This set the stage for our journey.

2012: Our Beginnings

Headland needed a field service system, but NetSuite didn’t have one. Klugo was born to whip up a field service solution within NetSuite.

2013: A Star is Born

We nailed the solution for Headland and called it Next Service. It worked so well that NetSuite gave it the SuiteAward 2013, kickstarting our drive to offer it to other companies.

2014: SuiteWorld Sponsors

We launched Next Service to the world and sponsored SuiteWorld 2014 in California. Showing off our innovation and becoming Five-Star Implementation Partners.

2016: Power Move

To spread our NetSuite installation and personalization services, we teamed up with Outserve, becoming one of Australia’s largest NetSuite Solution Providers at the time.

2018: Divide and Conquer

Klugo split into two companies. Next Technik took charge of expanding Next Service, while Klugo focused on implementing and optimizing NetSuite for our customers.

2019: Oracle Award

In 2019, we bagged the Oracle Financing Champion Award, showing our knack for making tech affordable and accessible. Not too shabby!

2020: Silver Linings

In 2020, the pandemic had us going fully remote. This lets us deliver top-notch service and work better together. Plus, we could tap into talent all over Australia.

2023: Acquisition

In 2023, Oracle bought our sister company, Next Technik, and our brainchild, Next Service. Now, it’s part of NetSuite as the Field Service Management (FSM) module. Proud moment, indeed!

2024: G'day America

In 2024, we kept growing. With a gender-balanced team from all corners of the globe, we expanded to North America. Taking our NetSuite services across the ocean.

2024: Alliance Partners

Our work got us certified as Alliance Partners. We work closely with NetSuite to help new customers get a personalised setup, especially with the Field Service Module we know so well.
